What we mean by human-centred leadership
Leading from who you already are.
Definition — humanKIND
Human-centred leadership is a practice of leading in which the full humanity of the leader, their values, interior life, capacity for care, and honest self-awareness, is the foundation of how they think, decide, and act. It isn't the opposite of high performance. It's the condition that makes high performance sustainable, relational, and worthy of the life it costs.
The approach
Leadership isn't either/or. It never was.
Most leadership models push toward extremes. Relentless execution or endless reflection. Head or heart. Strength or care. Ambition or integrity. humanKIND works in the space those false choices leave empty.
The work moves across three dimensions, Being, Knowing, and Doing. Not a sequence to complete or a framework to master. An orientation. Each one draws on the others, and all three are drawn toward the same place: Source, the most honest and grounded expression of who you are as a leader. The work is learning to lead from there, from who you really are.
Ways to work together
Two paths. The same foundation.
humanKIND offers two primary forms of engagement, both grounded in the same conviction: that leadership is more honest, more durable, and more alive when the person at the centre of it is whole.
Not sure which is right?
A conversation is always the right place to start.
Verge · A humanKIND Partnership
A leadership program for men who are done performing.
When men stop performing for each other, something shifts. In how they lead. In how they are at home. In how they live. Verge is built for men ready to find out.
